As is the case with most outsiders, Momo's style is dictated by found and donated materials. He uses paint, shoe dye, white out, fabric and whatever else becomes available.

Momo began painting and drawing seriously at the age of 40. Over the subsequent twenty years, he has produced over 2,000 works of art. Many were left leaning against corner buildings and parking meters as "found" art, making their way to Russia, Germany, Korea, UK and other destinations. He has also produced hundreds of "outsider Dada" cartoons.

Once an art critic begged Momo at a gallery opening,

"I implore you, don't improve!"

Never has so much genius been combined with so little talent...
